is the pressure in min 27, coming from the shoulders or body ? or from the hands ? and is the lower hand that has a direct contact with the sacrum passive or active like the upper hand ?
In the exercise where I cross my forearms… both hands are in contact with the body, they are both soft, and the power comes from dropping my chest 🙂
