    Hi Pau,
    for me and some people the front side of thigh is very sensitive. So, i’m not sure to squeeze that area is suit for me, even palming feels tickle. Is there advice for that area?

    1. Hi Mariani… as we said in the last zoom call… it is very different from patient to patient. When we find sensitive legs we can avoid thumbing, focus with the palming and be super gentle and slow 🙂
