    I was wondering if it’s okay to skip holding the leg on my knee and just put it on the ground while working on the opposite arm and shoulder as it feels very strenuous for me (I am petite size)

    1. Yes… that’s totally ok 🙂 You can have both legs up, you can drop the leg that is further away from you. And you can drop both legs and have more freedom :)))
