    1. Hi Dajana… I wrote the basics in the manual… and that might be already a lot. Maybe I would reccomend you to buy a book from the founder of osteopathy Andrew Taylor STILL… but this might be a tough read đŸ™‚

    Hey Bro, nice class, 1 question: i didn’t get well what you actually do in the last excercise with the head, you just stayed in contact listening the sensations? so no micro movements like in the other parts of the body?

    1. Hi Riccardo… i am cupping the occiput with my thumbs on the greater wings of the sphenoid bone. This is the a classical hold of the Spheno Basilar Symphisis. It’s enough to have a soft gentle contact with the bones… and listen đŸ™‚ If you want to add something… make sure to actively RECIEVE the occiput and maybe give a super tiny traction towards you đŸ˜‰
